Hi everyone - after a prolonged break, I’m back ! Let myself go a bit over this summer to be honest so from now until March blood test it’s Bootcamp time, first reading today was eight point two so plenty of work to be done so off out now for a five K run. I hope everybody’s doing okay.

Blood tests back after just a day. Liver, kidney, ACR, cholesterol, full blood count, blood pressure all excellent. Hba1c elevated slightly from forty four last year to forty eight but still third best result in eight years . I’ve been rough over the last few weeks with a chest infection and...

6.2 today , good appointment yesterday ACR came back A1. Everything else good just waiting for blood results now. Have a great day everyone.
