Worn out as i was yesterday i decided on an early night but that went wrong..
4.5 going to bed well i cannot go to bed on that so just had a few nachos then alarm went off at 3am reading 9.4.
Like yesterday i jabbed a bit in and i'm good now at 5.9.
I'm nearly there but no banana lol.
Roll on...
Had a rough night (stomach) (i always think stomach is a weird word) levels gone up but compensated at 4am now its 7.30am and i'm sat at my desk at 5.8 drinking coffee.
I'm just worn out.
Started some new pills Amitriptyline recently which on a low dose help with my stomach but they didn't help...
That DAFNE philosophy doesn't take in to account the times we throw caution to the wind!
Strangely enough being coeliac does help as i don't eat anything with wheat in and the free from alternatives are not as good and expensive however i do like a beer which leads on to crisps and the like but...

My friend and neighbour suffers from resistance quite alot and my methods don't work for him.
He can suffer for weeks at a time whereas mine only lasts half a day as as soon as i recognize resistance i'm up and out and such is my obsession with decent levels i don't fret over the rain as i am...

As a type one my pancreas doesn't produce any insulin at all.
But types ones suffer resistance as well.
Nobody knows why this happens but i worked out how to stop it but it only applies to me.
