Hi @Jhon Doe
Thanks and its always nice to hear how other people manage their own diabetes and when you hear from someone doing like you it adds to the niceness.
As diabetics we always wish each other well.

Money makes the world go round.......so they say..
Activity makes my insulin work....so i say..
My body does this...........
I average 20,000 steps per day and graze on food to keep me level no more than 10g of carbs often a freddo bar....
With all that activity in my system when i get home at...
Hi
My wife simple leaves me to it.
She will pass the jelly babies if i'm really really struggling but thats it and thats how i like it.
She does all the cooking as whilst i can cook i don't like cooking.
We have been together nearly 30 years and everything we do as a couple works for us both...
Hi
Type of 1 of 50 years here.
I developed a frozen shoulder just over 3 years ago and had surgery in may this year.
My other one is going the same way and i ended up seeing a specialist who operated on my left then a week later i had hydro dilation on my right.
Plenty of physio and the upshot...

Hi
I feel your pain as i had surgery recently on my left shoulder which had been frozen for 3 years and hydro dilation on my right one.
Upshot is that whilst both are better i still don't have the same reach i used to have.
I'm in good shape for 57 and keep weight off by averaging about 19000...
I feel as though i appreciate the new tech more than those diagnozed recently as i genuinly marvel at my libre and i even have a smart watch so i can check my levels whilst driving so i don't have to look at my phone...
Happy monday

@bmtest i put a funny on your post because thats how it reads but it wasn't but thats what we were used to!

Hi and welcome to the forum.
How long have you had diabetes?
I'm a seasoned pro of 50 years and know my body sooo well and the thought of what you are doing wouldn't faze me from a diabetes point of view but i inject myself and don't understand your way of doing things.
I wish you well and don't...
I agree and i haven't seen a specialist or DSN in years.
My philosophy on injections is simple .... 50 years ago it was a faff with harpoons....now with a pen and needles just 4mm i don't feel a thing and if i need one in the night i can do it in the dark as i just count the clicks and off i go...
