    I agree and i haven't seen a specialist or DSN in years. My philosophy on injections is simple .... 50 years ago it was a faff with harpoons....now with a pen and needles just 4mm i don't feel a thing and if i need one in the night i can do it in the dark as i just count the clicks and off i go...
