    Aussie midwife currently living in the Dordogne, France. 3 GD pregnancies over 16 years - last one was on insulin. Currently pre-diabetic (although went low carb for 3 months before going in for my bloods so possibly would have been diagnosed if I had tested straight away!). After years I'm finally taking it all seriously and doing what I should be doing! Loving low-carbing!
    Mid June 2017: wake up call from lovely new GP Weight: 84kg Started eating low carb
    October 2017: 77kg (went down to 76.4kg but now stuck!), HBA1C: 5,4% / 35,5 mmol :) Fasting: 6.44mmol/l :( was hoping for better result after the low carb and weight loss
