    Hi I recently had a hypo and after getting my levels back to normal I,m in great pain - Headaches and muscle and joint ache , as well as feeling sick. Has anybody got any sugestions of how to make me feel better - what strong pain killers do you reccomend ?

    Panic over - Remembered I keep an emergency lilly injection pen in my glove box for just such occasions , so used that, am now a healthy 4.9 - The fact that it was 33 degrees in my car all last week is neither here nor there - you just cant win sometimes can you.

    Been on the pump for 5 years mate - keep up - :D I would try if you can to get yourself onto using a pump on the grounds of anxiety which is listed as one of the criteria on the NICE guidelines.
