    Can anyone tell me ?

    cakes, pastries and biscuits raise the cholesterol I think. My cholesterol at my 1st hba1c test = 6.2, 3 months and 180 eaten eggs later (based on 3scrambled eggs per day) my cholesterol is now 5.6, go figure 8)

    A diabetic christmas.

    My xmas day diet will include (without fail): Roast Turkey Roast Potatoes Cabbage Carrots Beans Broccoli Cauliflower Gravy Christmas Pudding Custard Cream Luxury mince Pies and a very long sleep in the afternoon, followed by a buffet of the afore mentioned ingrediants in the evening :)
