I've had exactly the same problem and I'm boiling mad. My doctor is saying that he won't prescribe test strips for my Freestyle meter anymore; it's not him you understand, it's the PCT. He gave me a TrueResult twist meter which is awful; it's way too small and sits on top of the strip bottle...
