    Thanks does anyone have alternative suggestions with fewer side effects there offering one which increases urine output but you have to drink loads and my job entails lots of travel on public transport so not keen I’ve read Bitter Gourd or Curalin are natural alternatives anyone using them?

    I’ve been prescribed Sitagliptin but have gallstone and had pancreatitis previously Nurse says it’s ok to take with metformin Chemist says no anyone else any suggestions
