    My situation worked the other way around. I developed digestive problems more than 2 years ago and also had all these tests done. Underwent pancreatic surgery 2 years ago and was diagnosed with Diabetes 2 months ago. I understand your stress and anxiety. I am on Gliclazide and doing okay
