    Like I said, low carb is not for me and nor is a full meat diet. I like and want variety across all food groups My work and lifestyle also create friction points around when to eat, so fasting has proved problematic. Hence why I am asking about Second Nature Programme.

    Thanks for the info. I struggle with low carb diets, hence why I am looking at other options. I find wading through tons and tons of info to separate the fact from the opinion difficult and consumes time that I don't have spare. I also want to find out about what habit-forming/changing...

    At 6am this morning the scores on the doors were 9.8 and after a breakfast of greek yogurt and mixed nuts 7.6

    A balmy 10.4 this morning at 6 am reducing to a marginally less balmy 10.2 two hours after breakfast!

    11.4 on waking then 12 two hours after a breakfast of Greek Yog, strawberrys/blueberries along with a 1000mg metformin and a 5sitagliptin! Meh!

    Hi I was wondering! I tested last night at 5.6, two hours after food. And this morning, before breakfast it was 8.3. I am sure there is a really simple explanation for this. Anybody help or point me to a previous thread/article? Thanks in Anticipation Bill

    11.4 at 6:30. Done nothing different from the last week and it's gone up! :-(
