Im sorry If this upsets anyone but I have diabetes and I like to be treated like a normal person and if that means joining the others in a long que so be it. I would never use my diabetes to skip to the front of ques. The answer to oh but ur blood sugar gets low take food and drinks with you.

Its only been the last week that I've been having them low. I'm on Gliclazide 80mg once aday and metformin 2xs aday. when I was first told my blood sugar was 33. I have now got it down to single figs but now atfer about 4 hours of eating they tend to drop to between 4 and 3.6

Yes life would be great without highs and lows but until I'm stable hey they are goin to happen. The fat intake it doesnt work with the carbs in the way you think. It would take along time for it to work that way, plus fat intake is not good.

Yes T2 and have hypos it does happen you know..... my lows can be as low as 3.6.

One big main factor you need to take in here is his age..... He could just have bladder weakness due to his age as we get older our bladder gets weaker.
