Yeh late morning & middle afternoon in the same day. Oh & this was normal decaf which as you know still has considerable amount of caffeine.
I've since discovered Swiss water decaf which is 99.9% caffeine free so going to give that a whirl as the thought of giving up coffee haunts me.

Having a real tough week. Discovered that coffee is now on the banned list. It spikes me every time & makes me feel nauseous. Feeling sick & weak a lot. This is really starting to grate on me now!

Decided to test 1 slice of low GI bread with my cooked breakfast. 10g of carbs & 1.5g of sugar. 30 mins later & im feeling dizzy & sick. Can't believe it!
Still waiting for some more lances so can't test my blood.

To be honest I did drink quite a few. Lesson learnt & next time I have a drink I'll test myself & also with the protein powder

Bit of a school boy error but I've ran out of lances so I can't test my BS. Just wondered if alcohol would mess with it or not & if anyone had any experience with protein powder.

Had a bad morning today & yesterday was up & down. I'm putting it down to drinking beer on Saturday night. Would you agree? It was low carb beer but alcohol surely messes with BF?

Just had some natural yoghurt & berries for breakfast. Didn't go as planned. Still felt really weak afterwards. I had 250g plus a handful of berries. Had to munch on some cheese as well. Think I'll stick to a cooked breakfast in the morning.
