Breakfast
9am small bowel of rice krispies and 1 bit of wholemeal toast and 1 cup of tea.
Lunch
1:45 Fishin breadcrumbs, new potatoes and veg and glass of water
Dinner
7pm Ham sandwich and 1 bag ready salted crisps and glass of water
Have 2-3 cups of tea...
