I am insulin 4 a day, I've been ill for 5 days so haven't been but before that I seam to go higher when in gym like I'm say 6 when I go in there and come out 9 or 10 when I test do I think I will start having a snack before and see if this makes any difference

Just had a hypo and woken up at 1am and i was 3.2 and im staying at a hotel and only had 3 glucose tabs with me and a 2finger kit kat so I've eaten the lot. Hope that's ok

I would say it happens 4 times out of 10 for me but as someone said before it could be down to not changing the needle enough
