Type 1 Best Cows milk alternative

Which is the nicest alternative? There's so many today... soya, almond, coconut, cashew, rice? Which is the least calorific and has the least amount of carbs?

Unsweetened almond is nice and the Alpro brand is zero carb and pretty low calorie.

Ha that's funny u day that? After standing in Tesco for about half an hour reading the packaging on them all that's the one I decided on. I must be getting good at this whole reading labels lark lol

I like the unsweetened vanilla but ,y stomach growls after so no milky things for me
It's a great way to get calcium though!!

A friend of mine owns a goat farm, and he sells goats milk to people who's kids are intolerant to cows milk.

It tastes ok, but I am not a real milk drinker anymore.
