Not being able to eat as many chocolate digestives as I used to.
How quickly does it stop after waking? Is it in both hands and happening every day?

Depending on your answers to the above, my best guess would be a circulation problem but I'd advise getting an appointment with your doc to discuss it.

Hi @Jane1980, is the tingling in all fingers or only some of them?
Does it happen at any other time, or with any pairticular activity?
And have you suffered from any neck injury?
The answers to the above questions might narrow done the possible causes a bit and yes, a doctor is who will be best able to fully diagnose, investigate and sort it out for you.

It’s in all my fingers every morning, I have blood test and chat with diabetic nurse Tuesday morning, she isn’t the most helpful, night call the specialists to see, should I be worried?

If it was me I'd at least get a doctor's opinion on the matter.

Do see your doctor about it - it could very well be the start of carpal tunnel syndrome, which we T1s are a bit prone to.
