hi all


At a loss seems too good to be true.

first 3 month review results in.


I lost 15 kg and eat circa 70 g carbs a day.


my previous result at diagnosis was 70 and result today was 36. Im lost for words feel like its a mistake.(hope not as i felt that way with original 70)


thanks for all advice here.


suppose need try maintain it but progress is progress.prob hard bit starts now, suppose keep same track low carb and plenty of exercise.

Diet drinks - the artificial sweeteners taste vile.
Having to forswear foods I have loved all my life.
Trying to find low carb meals when eating out.
Diet early, diet often! :)
Well done you for catching it early and making a real difference.
