Help and advice please with levels

Hi, I’m not sure what this means but over the last few months I have gone off the rails and put on over two stone. Lastnight I felt quite poorly (blurred vision, dry mouth etc) and checked my blood which I haven’t done in a long time. I usually sit around 5.8 with metformin but last night it read 32.4 and this morning it has gone down to 19. Obviously this has been a massive wake up call and back on healthy eating today but should I do anything else?

19 is still very high, so I'd suggest you ring 111 for advice, and check for ketones if you can.

I think you need medical advice which may be to attend the hospital ... in the mean time keep yourself well hydrated as having such high blood glucose levels will quickly cause dehydration which is dangerous for diabetics.
