Interestingly Neckarski, I use berberine eye drops 0.26mg/mL.
supplements aren't necessary for anybody following a healthy diet.

I am currently taking a low dose of Berberine, so far so good. There are many studies endorsing the benefits, do a google search. Everyone is different.
it can cause intestinal issues, I’ve had problems in the past with a higher dose. I use it in addition to a very low carb diet.

I have been taking Berberine for a couple of months. I have found that it has helped reduce stomach bloat and i have felt better for taking them. So not for everyone, but for me, its a yes.
