Weird feeling later in the day

I am getting a very weird feeling in my body later in the day and before bed. I’m not sure how to explain it but it’s like restless legs but it’s in my upper body and arms. Like a sugar rush, but not sure it’s that. It’s happening every night. It’s very frustrating. Anyone know what it is?

A bit more information could be useful.
Do you feel this could be related to your diabetes? How long has this been going on?
A couple of weeks ago you posted about your doctor wanting to stop you mounjaro, did you stop it?
Are you testing your blood glucose at home when you're having symptoms to see if it might be related to your BG? It only happening at night could be connected to your evening meal, but no way to make a guess on that without knowing what's happening with your BG. It also could be something completely unrelated.
 
My mounjaro has not been stopped yet as I have lodged a formal complaint so it is under review. I don’t check my blood sugar as was advised against it for T2, so don’t have the machine sadly.

Would you like to check your BG to get a handle on how different foods affect your numbers? If you are interested in going that route, it could give you a lot more tools to deal with your diabetes, and it could answer your question on if your current symptoms may be related to your levels.

Many T2's have been told that testing isn't advised. For some, this is true, others do much better with more autonomy, it's up to you what you prefer.
 
The symptoms you describe could be many things.
If you have had experience of restless legs. There is a condition called Essential tremor disorder.
I have both.
But I usually get the worst symptoms in the morning for this. Restless legs in the evening before bed.
All these symptoms could be diagnosed by a neurologist. Ask your GP.
 
There are so many possibilities for restless leg. Might be blood sugar related might be something completely unrelated. I think it is a good idea to maybe check your blood sugar levels :)

A few weeks ago I had something similar. I had restless legs and arms. It is something I rarely get. It came on all of a sudden. The RLS was waking me up at night it was so bad. So I went to see my Dr . He sent me off for a full blood work panel. Including, HbAc1 , Thyroid , lipoprotein a, and A lipoprotein b tests, potassium and iron. Any one of these may cause RLS and I’m sure many other things too. My iron was a bit low, also my lipoprotein a ‘ were abnormally high, which can cause vascular issues. As I said I went to the Dr and I’m glad I did. He also put me B12 and Creatine, based on my blood work.
