Shuggah

I think you’ll only ever reliably be able to use Shuggah or Zukka as used together they will be fighting for the Bluetooth connection.

Glad it’s sorted for now. I’d be lost without the readings on my watch.

So can I just clarify …. My DSN has told me to start my next sensor with my phone in order to get cgm for the LibreLink graphs. (For her). I’m happy to do that but not if I can’t get Zukka or Shuggah to work, because, as you know, as a user the functionality on the watch is invaluable.

I figured if I hooked up LibreLink and then Zukka, if the Bluetooths were fighting each other I’d just revert to scanning manually the libre and making sure there were no gaps.

Are you saying that knocking the Bluetooth off the libre and just scanning it also stops Zukka from working.?

Hope that makes sense as a question!

I keep Bluetooth off in the librelink app. Scan librelink to start the sensor, then add the sensor to Zukka (with Bluetooth enabled for Zukka). Zukka should work ok. Then I manually scan the sensor in librelink 4 times a day which brings the data in there and allows my dsn to see it.

Does that make sense?

I’ve had Shuggah & Zukka working alongside each other with no problems, when I reinstall libre app Zukka goes but Shuggah still working
Today phone in my pocket & complete signal loss, turned Bluetooth off & back on & phone, typical on a Saturday morning
Looking like sensor isn’t connected

Disappointing reply from Abbott, asking if they were planning on making LibreLink compatible with Apple Watch.

“Thank you for contacting Abbott’s UK diabetes care customer service team.

Currently, your Apple Watch only displays mirrored notifications from your mobile device. The actual blood glucose readings from the LibreLink app are not visible directly on the watch at this time. Additionally, there is no information available regarding plans to make the LibreLink app fully compatible with Apple Watch for viewing blood sugars at a glance.

We appreciate your feedback and want to assure you that your suggestion has been taken into consideration for future updates. While we don't have a definitive timeline for such a feature, we value your input as it helps us improve our services.”

Yesterday afternoon finally managed to get everything connected libre, Shuggah & Zukka & getting notifications to my watch (garmin) amusing how I’m getting 3 slightly different readings from the same sensor
Unfortunately non of them detected my 3.7 on my meter this morning

very surprised at differing readings between the devices with same single sensor was it case of just lagged behind each other or something?
