What's the best way to keep a CGM on during grappling (That is, wrestling and BJJ and stuff if you didn't know), I've tried Kinesiology tape but that was **** tbh. The problem is that during training I'm obviously getting grabbed quite hard in exactly the area a sensor is, so I need something that withstands quite a bit of force. You don't need to be a wrestler, I'm sure most sports get this problem, and I'm sure there's some miracle product that actually works. Cheers :)

I don’t know which CGM you are using nor do I engage in wrestling. However have you thought laterally about putting the sensor somewhere other than your arm, which is where I’m assuming you have it? Libres are I think only recommended to be used on the arms but Dexcoms can be placed on the abdomen.

Yeah I got a Libre

I have a Libre and ordered online some large circular adhesive plasters after reading recommendations. They come with one protective cover, a hard plastic disc that is bigger than the sensor, that is stuck to the plaster and then over the sensor and when you use a new plaster you reuse the disk. They withstand frequent showering and only start to lift off around the edge about four days before the sensor needs to be replaced or if you are lucky the plaster will last even closer to replacing the sensor. The make is KOVOQ Model KT01. I haven't tried it while wrestling though so can't absolutely guarantee that it would hold a sensor in place.
