Dexcom and Android phones.

Has anybody recently bought an Android phone that is compatible with Dexcom 6? I don't want to spend a fortune but need a good camera.
I'm concerned, automatic updates of software often cause the phone to no longer be compatible.

I've been a G7 user for the last 2 years. Is there a reason (eg geographic) that you haven't upgraded? And yes I was recently told that my 6 year old android phone was no longer compatible. I bought an apple but only because was keen to use direct to watch which only works with apple watches.

My understanding is that there are plenty of android watches out there that are compatible....

I usually get “pre-loved” older (3/4 year old.) model flagship Samsungs for the price I would pay for a more budget newer model.
OK the updates have stopped. But I’ll leave a compatibility list in a link for you.
My priority other than stability with the libre I’m prescribed is more “S pen” over camera.
& a battery that can get me through a working day.
However. I have tried the G6 on a Galaxy Note 10+ which took great snaps. & currently using Note 20 ultra. Decent snapper, too.
Newer phones in the Samsung range miss the expandable memory SD card slot which may also be a consideration for your picture file storage capacity?
