What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

libre 5.1 breakfast.
breakfast then maybe walk to shop need a couple of basic food items which forgot to get yesterday. -2 celcius brrr. No milk left after making the coffee drinking at the moment so will need to nip out. carparks like an ice-skating rink, my car doesnt handle ice well not risking driving down. Might wait couple of hours see if gets a little warmer

Sounds like you've had a great few days @Ryhia lightshow looks fun very simular to enchantedforest at pitlochry went to a few years ago. Enjoy the quiete time although im sure you'll be sorely missing all the hustle and bustle, glad they got home before the snow, really hate driving in snow/ice :)

@Bcgirl maybe the stress having some impact on sugar levels. fingers crossed appt isn't too far off with the rheumatologist for you hubby. I have chronic backpain - wasnt until mri reason was noticed initially, couple years later x-rays then showed issue. Hopefully they've been able to give something taking the edge off?
 
A fun 7.0 today….arggggg
Fasted until supper yesterday. Glucose sat in the low 5s all day and was ok after I ate. Why it was 7 this morning is beyond me.
Went to the gym and did abs and a ten mile bike ride. Did get glucose down to 5.2 and was 5.8 before lunch. So, normal for now.
Warm today at six degrees. It won’t last but it sure is nice.
 
Libre 4.8 breakfast. staying indoors no walk this morning til gets warmer -3 degrees outdoors brrr.

Going to start tackling the boiler/box room. moved into my current home several years ago. so much stuff packed and never got around to unboxing. Well think its time to start clearing out unused stuff from the boxes. Will look through some anything not used for years iikelyhood never will, will see how much can get rid of. declutter :)

First day back for schools in my area. No school run today too icey wonder how daughter will react when wake her up shortly sending her off to school half an hour early than normal via bus really dont like driving in ice/snow my automatic car handles extremely poorly in current weather conditions despite having winter tyres.

5.5 this morning good results continue for me but I don't know why as I have been eating more carbs than usual. You would think I'd be pleased and I am, but I'm also suspicious. Bloods have been in the low 4s during the day. This is much better than usual, I don't usually see bloods this low, daytime bloods generally hover in the 5s. Wondering if the test strips I have been using are duff! I'll soon find out, I've only got one test strip left in the box. :)
