It’s eight am here in Brisbane libre says seven point two


It was quite weird going through customs and having to tick the box that said I had restricted medication.

It wasn’t any issue in reality but it’s strange that it made me feel guilty somehow.

In other news have an appt very shortly for back pain issue.. Discussing Op telephone conv with consultant yesterday late afternoon, should have appt in person within the next 2-3 weeks

Mine is very similar. Food has little effect on the graph . I too am super low carb.

Today I’m heading down under for a few weeks . First Australia to see my sister then Nz visiting my daughter It will be interesting to see how , if at all, these levels alter
