What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.1 today
Cloudy today and I already miss the sun. It’s cooler today but there’s tons of birds to make it sound like spring. They are appreciating the feeder we just put out although having it is a pain! We have to bring it in every night because of bears….but it’s still worth having.
I put on my last Dexcom last night and guess what….its working perfectly! As soon as I was getting readings they were spot on, I’m amazed. I usually have one **** day with number all over the place.
Gym today was heavy shoulders, biceps and triceps, some walking and that’s it.

6.5 this morning. Libre finally expired and have a couple of holidays booked this month (thankfully not in Middle East) so won't be replacing until end of the month as good food choices will be difficult. Also got Hba1c bloods at end of month so holidaying a couple of weeks before is a bad idea but cant be helped, life has to lived. Good luck to all with your own personal challenges.

4.44 mmol/L early this morning. I don’t think I’m experiencing the dawn phenomenon—my fasting blood glucose numbers have been very consistent and, amazingly, right within my expected range.
The weather forecast is calling for sunshine all week here in the Santa Cruz Mountains, California.

A sad 6.6 today…although my Dexcom said 5.4….i didn’t quite trust it. It was the two small gluten free biscuits last night
A beauty day here and good news, no more clock changing for us after this weekend!
Think I’m going to grab hubby and go to the lake for a walk, I’m hoping there’s no snow there (higher elevation than where we live). Regardless, the dog will love it.
Went to the cancer doc this morning so no gym. All is well but do need an ultra sound at end of month to check on a previous issue. She’s great and is putting in a request for me to get an Internist as I have no family doctor ….I'm so grateful.
My guts have not been happy for a few days and I just want that to pass…

Last few days have been nearer eights than sevens though but still returning to early sixes before evening meals..
Nice to see the sun back for a while and I'm able (or feel like) to cut the grass and tidy garden..
And a nice to see you @ianpspurs i still keep tabs on the full on chat postings..
