What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

I've been missing in action for several weeks but still lurking..
Still testing fbs nearly always 7.4 then 8 a couple of hours later then down to mid fives to six by 1700 hrs
Today 7.4 then 8.0 @ 0930. can't seem to lower the fbs
Had an hba1c recently which came back as 46.67 or 6.4 just still in the pre diabetic range very near diabetic..not so good as when it was 37 then 34 a few years ago but I'm sure it is better than a year ago when I stated posting again..
Just finger jabbed again at midday and still 7.2..

Winner for still being pre-diabetic, I know how concerned you were when you came back to posting last year. Well done. :)
