What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.8 meter
Readings consistent with both, not doing very well mentally at the moment and this is as a knock on effect. Going to do some gardening in the sun whilst I have the motivation :cool:
 
After more than seventeen hours flying through many time zones I’ve arrived in Dubai with an almost straight line of seven point seven for the last twelve hours

I have of course been picking my way through the presented meals trying as best as I can to avoid carbs but it’s not easy

So seven hour lay over here then another eight hours air time and I’ll be back in Blighty

Im hoping and expecting to do oh so much better on my return
