I'd like to know about the mayo as well please. If we are allowed to mention brand names, I'm a Hellman's fan. Never had any trouble to link to it, but would like to know what to avoid.

Personally I avoid any mayo that’s made with vegetable oils. Tesco sells a couple made with avocado oil. A bit more expensive but delicious

Libre five point nine on waking

Hope you feel better today
Thanks Debbie I do feel better but had some rosemary crackers today and although it took an hour for bg to start to rise, the rise went from 5.2 fbg to 9.5 for the remaining 6 hours. Felt pants but I was out with friends and the carbs looked okay :banghead: Back to 5.3 now but it was terrifying seeing that Dexcom arrow pointing upwards!

May I ask how you realised this and what it is in mayo that causes it. Pm me if too far off topic please
Hi, its the dairy for me, same with milk, cream and aged cheese, chocolate something to do with the tyramine. Gp suspects lactose intolerant as without tmi, I was in the loo doubled up . It was Asda own but it happens with all of them. Same with coffee banging head, I have resorted to upping my Rooibos tea and no headache, possible caffeine intolerant now!

I find seeing the rises make me so much more careful about what I eat, pleased it came down eventually, your numbers are so much better since starting dexcom , well done you’ve got this
