Any idea why it's risen so much?

Sorry, not logged on in a while!

Nothing has materially changed in my diet or exercise. I haven't put on significant weight or changed medicine.

So I guess I'm either becoming more insulin resistant, or my basal pancreatic output is declining.

Edit: 6.5 today.
