‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

Didn't make it this evening either
 
I've been having my last meal mostly 7pm - 8pm and sometimes a bit after 8pm for the last five days or so. It seems to have a stabilising effect on my Bgs but too early to draw conclusions plus I've not been on the exercises bike for at least a few days because of the hot weather. Fortunately I'm still doing my weekly long walk but it's difficult to say how much the earlier last meal is having on my BGs/
