Insulin ( pen ) in the heat. Keeping it cool

I have an insulin pen used once s day. How to keep it cool in the heat in temps of 30s degrees in SE. uk . I have FRIO wallet ends is that enough ?

Hi,

The Frio wallet should suffice.
But allow it to breath.. I normally have it in a net pocket in my backpack.
& when I can, keep it in shade.

Frio keeps it cool enough for a month.
Insulin pens are designed to keep at room temperature for a month, and a Frio does this.

If you only need your insulin once a day and not need to take it with you everywhere you go, you can just store it in the fridge as well if you like.
