Type 2 Upset stomach after hypo

Yes, frequently! Actually, one of the nastier side-effects of oral semaglutide is that my insides, all too often, swing between "won't go" and "can't stop"! And if I do get a hypo - not too often if I'm careful, but it does happen when I'm stressed out - then my digestive system is very apt to misbehave for awhile afterwards.
 
Metformin has this side effect aks your pharmacist or DN
there is the slow release version that might be slightly better (it wasnt for me though)

When I've had a proper hypo (maybe four or five times?) it's mainly involved vomiting. I can think of once when it didn't. Nothing lower down, however. I've never been on any meds, so that won't confuse the issue.

Stands to reason that if the body is getting rid of contents it could well happen at both ends of the alimentary canal.

Toujeo and Humalog are insulins, so you're on a basal/bolus insulin regime, similar to the standard for T1s.
Your profile says you're on oral medication, you might want to change this because being on insulin is very relevant to your question.

And to answer your question, I've never noticed any effect on my stomach after hypos, but this doesn't mean it can't be a thing for you.
Most hypos for me simply mean I eat something sugary and go on with my business after 10-15 minutes. A little longer if it was a nasty hypo where I go all sweaty and a little confused, but this can be very different from person to person.
