I did. It was probably my worst symptom, to be honest, in terms of immediate pain. It started around early 2018 when my BG would have been in the mid-40s. I had about six or seven episodes of skin adhesions and tearing - lots of bleeding and of course clotting was slow because of the high BG.
It was little use going to the GP who was adamant I didn't have diabetes, so I treated the wounds myself with sudocreme and trying to keep the whole area as dry as possible. Obviously that wasn't easy and usually didn't really work. At least I never got an infection.
The good news is that the symptom vanished as I brought my BG back to normal levels in early 2020. Six plus years on and there's been no recurrance.
I'm sorry I have no miracle solution other than normal BG levels, which I achieved through a 20g/day carb limit. Best of luck.
