It would be very unlikely for a person with "normal" sugar metabolism to have readings as high as this

21:40 12:0
22:36. 14.3
However we are not allowed to diagnose, so do see a doctor and ask for the Oral glucose tolerance test. That one really tells you how your body handles carbs.
