Help how would i find carb value on take away Beef curry and boild rice

Hi
I use carbs and cals app. No beef curry but chicken curry and rice for average size is 57 carb. Just be careful as it depends on your portion size. Highly recommend this app ( or book).

I had just the thing last night. I just calculated for the rice which you will probably find is a large portion (120g) from a take away, that's what I worked on and my level was within range at 2 hour post test. Hope this helps.
