You inject into the side of the shaft. The needle is so fine you barely feel it. Just ask your diabetic nurse at your GP practice to get you an appointment at the ED clinic (ED = Erectile Dysfunction). They'll assess you, show you what to do, let you try one there wihile they work out the correct dsage for you and give you a note for your surgery to add it to your prescription.

Best decision I ever made regarding ED. I'll send you a video clip of how small they are and how easy tp assemble if you want - just PM me your e-mail

Push for a referral to your local Erectile Dysfunction clinic at your General Hospital if your doctor/diabetic nurse won't play ball. They are the experts and know their stuff. Make sure they understand your are very dissatisfied with tablets and you want to try Viridal injections.

10mg seems to be the standard 'starter' dose. You will only get four shots a month as opposed to 8 lots of viagra because of the cost - but at least it works.

Viagra doesn't work for 1/3 of the men that try it. You are not alone.

There are natural supplements that can help with erections. Two of the best are L-arginine and Pycnogenol. One study showed these to help 92% of men get a better erection.... and no ****** side effects.

The natural solutions don't get much attention from the media, but some of them out perform the ED drugs.

I have just started a blog about this, and have a book coming out in a month that focuses on natural supplements and exercises that help with ED. Hard science (pun intended) backs up these solutions. Learning how to fix ED is something every man should learn how to do. If only their was a Man Health 101 course in school. Ah, well.

Andy

l-arginine is an amino acid. I buy it by the kilo. It is the main substance that your body needs to make Nitric Oxide, or NO. NO is the key to opening up blood flow that support a hard erection. The only reason not tor try it is if you have Herpes. Otherwise try taking 1-3 grams a day.

Pycnogenol, or Pine Bark Extract is a natural antioxidant. Antioxidants help your arteries stay non-sticky, like Teflon. 200mg/day is the dose to try.

Better blood flow is the key to dealing with ED.

It may take few days to a week to feel the effects.

I usually mix it in water with a packet of Emergen-C. I get daily Vitamin C and it tastes good. Arginine by itself has a kind of funky taste, but the way it feeds NO production is awesome.

L-arginine didn't work for me. Also had high reading when I got my bloods done. Doctor told me not to take it. Had a fatty liver.

You all should have your adrenals tested and see if your producing too much cortisol. Or ask your docs to test your DHEA levels. Cinnamon, garlic, and zinc are all supposed to help ED.
