Almond flour aka ground almonds are in the baking section of most supermarkets. Best value is from Aldi. Xanthum can be found in the baking section and also at H&B.
I get coconut flour from the health shop. I keep it in the fridge and then ignore the best by date.
Happy baking.

Hi Deb. I make my own Almond Flour by grinding whole almonds in a grinder. I then store it in the Fridge. I do the same with Coconut. I use unsweetened Dessicated Coconut and just grind it to fine. Xantham Gum is freely available at Health Stores. I make a great Bread using 100 gr Almonds, 100 gr Coconut, 75 gr Flaxseeds, Sunflower and Pumpkin Seed. I add 1 tsp Sweetner, 10 mls Baking Powder, Pink Salt, 2 eggs, 1/2 Tbsp Xantham Gum and Lactose Free Yoghurt. About 350 mls. Bake for one hour at 180 degrees, switch off stove and leave it the hot stove for 20 mins. Its about 1.4 gr carbs per slice. Enjoy!
