I was low before bed last night (3.7) and I over corrected as usual (went up to 10) so I took my usual background dose and went to bed.
In the night I had a dream (nightmare really) that I was having a bad hypo, shaking, sweating and I had nothing near me to eat, my test strips wouldn’t work and my needles for testing my bloods were all bent.
I woke up all sweaty but felt normal so I went back to sleep……. Arg this is sounding stupid now that Im typing it out, I should have got up and tested shouldn’t I? or is it normal to have this nightmares? The 3.7 is the lowest I have been since diagnosis so it was on my mind before I went to bed.
