The insight has a handset so you dont need to fish out for your pump if it tucked away. I personally haven't had a problem with the pump and ive been on it for 4 months and i love it!! The set changes are really easy and quick as you dont need to fill insulin carts as they are prefilled...

i used to use cavillion it was like a skin barrier and it was sticky. Also it come in a spray and swabs.

i have actually never thought of that or even considered injecting through clothing & i didnt even know people do it !!

You are going to have a great time with it and theres alot of patience needed with a pump in the beginning so do your best!

HI i just want to tell everyone that i now have that accu chek insight and have it had for about 2 months. I love it so much! I never really knew the full potential of an insulin pump since the cellnovo was so rubbish but now im literally so happy with my pump and literally couldnt be happier...

i recently did my gcse's and it was fine. Dont stress about it and keep you levels in check and you will do great on your exams! :)

I recently got an accu chek insight. its great and i love it!!! In the black bag that has accu chek written on it that you get with your pump there are some black straps and i cannot figure out what they are for! does anybody know???

Hi is it possible for you to inject after you have eaten your lunch? this way you know that you wouldnt keep getting lower. :)

Its so weird how they are encouraging people to go on this pump even with the known excessive problems! Wouldn't it just cost them more because of all the extra site changes?

HI GUYSS , I have started my alevels this year and beside it i am doing an epq which you can do it on something of your choice and it is worth half an alevel. I really want to do it on something to do with type 1 diabetes as i feel like i would be so happy researching it and doing a 5000 word...

in all honesty dont get it ANY pump is better than this rubbish. It has failures all the time there are weeks that i have it once a day. On a good week i have about 2 faults a week that result into you having to change your pump
