I didn’t take the sertraline that was prescribed for me in the end (don’t want to rely on happy pills that probably won’t have any affect on me) I did 7 sessions of Talking Therapies but that didn’t seem to help me.

I had a sandwich last night and a couple boiled eggs. Blood sugar didn’t rise instead it started dropping so ate a couple bags of crisps thinking it would start rising (it didn’t) I got as low as 4.0 so not hypo level. But lower than I should have been. I then ate a couple of Belvita Breakfast...

Does anyone know how I can stop this Warning message from popping up everytime I click on my Dexcom One+ app. Recently got new phone iPhone 16 max pro and I’m running on the latest iOS 18.4. I’m getting readings and everything seems to be working fine (touch wood) It’s just annoying AF!!!
