Diabetes!!
Does anyone know how I can stop this Warning message from popping up everytime I click on my Dexcom One+ app. Recently got new phone iPhone 16 max pro and I’m running on the latest iOS 18.4. I’m getting readings and everything seems to be working fine (touch wood) It’s just annoying AF!!!

I’m not a Dexcom user.

But one thing stands out is your bell icon top left is crossed through?
Could it be a “back covering” message from the app due to audio notifications being silenced??

I have banners from Abbott nagging me my warnings are off.
I use a 3rd party app running in conjunction to let me know the low…

Hi,
After reading the message again.

It kinda looks like the app could be in the “beta test” phase on your phone & IOS?
I’d find this annoying too..

Looks to me whilst Dexcom are ironing this out with Apple you are hit with notification to legally cover their backs?

After new software is released it takes some week/months for dexcom the confirm the software is fully compatible

Ios 18.4 is on 2 or 3 weeks old so you'll get this message for a while
You are lucky you are on iPhone, as with android they just lockout in tested versions
