yep ...children with diabetes come under the sen...every school has a SEN Co ordinator....so just contact them..my daughter was on the register for 18 mths still i was invited to a coffee morning...x

Re: Snacks. What/when/how much to give (and when not to give sounds like she may be going through her honeymoon .....where the panceas decides to use tje last of the insulin cells and pump insulin out....thats why shes needing less......i hope someone else comes and helps you out...my daughter...

thanks retested...ketones now just 1mmmol/ l and bs 20...shes had dinner so decided to give the novomix....looks a lot better too!!!!!!... maybe up a few times in the night checking for hypos... contacted hospital kids ward...explained what i had done and they ssid bring her in if loses...
