    Fiasp

I was seen at clinic yesterday and my main problem is pre bolusing on work days.. It's just not possible. In the morning I need a 50-60min pre bolus and 30mins at other times. This leaves me with high spikes I chase endlessly on work days. My next problem is that my Levimer is running out after...

    Food intolerance test

Thank you for this [emoji813] unfortunately they think it's crohn's or colitis. They won't know until I have the biopsies so I just hope I'm seen sooner rather than later.. Exhausted from the pain, the toilet issues and the lack of nutrients..

*apologies if this is in the wrong sub forum So having been ill for approx 3 years with many issues (nausea/diarrhoea/constipation/anxiety to name a few) I was diagnosed last August with iron deficiency anemia. After some months on ferrous fumarate my levels had not improved so my GP sent me...

    Absorbing tablets/coeliacs/ibs

So I've had a blood test that showed antibodies that would indicate I have coeliacs and I'm currently on the waiting list for endoscopy to confirm. I've been advised not to change my diet until then as that can effect the results. I'm really concerned about the absorption of other medication...

    Absorbing tablets/coeliacs/ibs

Sorry if this is in the wrong section.. I had mentioned before how I was diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia in August and after 2 months of galfer my levels hadn't improved. My GP is sending me for tests for coeliacs as she says that might be a reason my body isn't absorbing the iron...

Advice for a newbie at gluten free

So long story short I was diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia but after 2 months of galfer my GP said my body wasn't absorbing the iron and levels still too low so she wanted to test for coeliacs. I've had the blood test this week and waiting on the results which I know can take a few weeks...

    Anemia and possibly ceoliac

@Kristin251 funny you should say that I feel so ill after any diary especially milk! Have sort of cut back on that anyway as it makes me feel so unwell. Had never realised the two went hand in hand x

    Anemia and possibly ceoliac

I don't think that's the case as she is concerned I wasn't absorbing the iron as my levels were still out of range. There goes my discalculia again! Lol. Thanks xx
