    Healthy lunch

    Hi, this may sound silly but what do you have for lunch and what can I eat for lunch to help lose weight? I need some ideas... At the moment I have a sandwich (mediumslice white , bread, 2 slices) with ham or turkey or tuna for example then an apple or banana. I also like crackers and cheese...

    Foot numbness

    Painful numb foot

    The top of my foot where it joins the leg is sore and when I flex my toes it's painful. Like this for a couple of weeks. Seems to improve as the day goes on. No swelling or redness. 43 yrs of Type 1 ..is it neuropathy? Sent from my SM-A346B using Diabetes Forum mobile app

    Thank you so much! I would never consider a pump at all but now I think it would definitely benefit me. Because of poor vision I find it so hard to.     Yes I am on Libre 2. As I have said in another reply there are 2 differing patterns overnight. I've been told myhba1c is too good forsaken a pump.

    Well sometimes my bs plummets as soon as i take it (last night 14 to 4 in 3hrs) and other nights it will be stable,in range,then shoot up about 5am..dawn ph or lack of Lantus?

    I have been on it 24 hrs and to be honest it is not solving the problem yet i e. Getting my bs down quicker. Waking up with12 to 16 readings and this morning i t still took over 2 hrs to get to 10!

    I usually finish meal about 7.30pm having started about 7, Novorapid 7pm. I di not eatanything else (only say a biscuit/juice if going down to 5ish). I take Lantus 11.15-11.30pm Sometimes it plummets, usually when below 10. So dinner and Novo should have gone. Could there be an is due with...

    Hypo treatment

    I ask because at the mo.and I an finding it hard ti raise my bs once I am low, my alarn goes off at 4.6, I have orange juice and glucose sweets, yet still drops to about 3..and just stays there for say 20mins. Thats why I need to know about the fastest thing to take.
