    1st review with nurse...feel a bit :(

Hiya Im newly diagnosed and had my first three month bloods done in July. I had an appointment with the doctor for something else and asked for my results. She was very impressed and said they had gone from 7.8 to 5.4 and if I stay like this I could reverse diabetes and come of the metformin...

    Can't lose weight...fed up :(

I've been doing that for the past 3 weeks Andy. I thought that would have helped but alas no :( I think it could be my thyroid but it's so annoying when your trying your best and getting no results. I've read online about eating a bit more than normal for a week and then cutting down again to...

    Exercising

Netty what snacks do you suggest? Andy I didn't realise you couldn't go hypo on metformin. I usually get really shaky and irritable when I get in the lower 4's. Maybe I had a sugar spike due to the chocolate and burnt it off too quick. I hate being sick! Sent from the Diabetes Forum App

Thanks guys. I was with a personal trainer and he does push me hard but I've never felt like that before. I try keep my bloods between 5-6. What do you suggest I do before exercise should I eat about an hour before? What levels should they be before starting?? Can't believe I actually ate...

Hiya If you search chippy fish on fitness pal it brings up small haddock no batter at 190 calories. Can't imagine there would be much difference between cod and haddock x Sent from the Diabetes Forum App
