I know it is too high, its just that I always have the same breakfast every day and its been fine before. Will try something new tomorrow and see if it makes a difference Thankyou for replying Karen

Oh yes, I still take 7units of humalog to cover it as I would the normal pasta, the only difference being I haven't had to have a correction dose before bed. Karen

Wow, I wonder if my results are a fluke then? With me being high all the time I avoid pasta as a rule, but I have this once a week and it genuinely does not make me high, which I find incredible. Going to try it again tonight without exercise and see if I end up high :?
