    Thx Andrew. On the printout that I have it doesn't show HDL value. The trigs are within the range at 1.2 (0.1 - 1.8). I'll contact my diabetes clinic for the most up to date results and a better breakdown on Monday. I'll check out the video too. All info is good while I get my head around...

    For the ladies

    I'll add on a few pieces of good quality dark chocolate at the end of a meal...hits the spot without over indulging. Sometimes I'll have it between meals depending on BG...the darker the better and less sugar too

    I'm just waiting for my results of a 5 day CGM because we think I have been sleeping though night hypos. I have been feeling pretty grotty on most days. I also have dropped my night time levemir from 11u to 8u (with DSN suggestion) and I think that has solved it...but it took just over a week...

    Hi, I've been type 1 for 28 years. No complications so far but diabetes seems to be changing atm. Currently using a CGM (only for 5 days) to get a better idea of what is going on. First time an eye check to come back with some changes which I wasn't expecting - that has thrown me off balance...
