    Thankyou, I have been tracking my carbs, at the moment I have around 100-130 grams which to some may be high but I get no spikes after eating which is great, however I know to go lower if I see it does t work anymore

    Thank you for your helpful words!, do you know how likely it could be that it will progress to get worse?, I have quite a bit of weight to lose and I read that people who keep the weight off and eat right are very unlikely to see any worse results

    So for the past weeks fasting has been 5.9-6.1 Usually 2 hrs post meal it’s between 7 and 8....., When I was first. Told I may have diabetes my numbers were 7/8.4 (fasting) 4 weeks ago, so I think my weightliss and being more aware of my food is helping get lower, I know it’s still a little high.

    Thanks, as I lose weight (I have about 7 stone to lose) and keep doing my workouts I be able to increase my insulin sensitivity to a considerable level? like could I get good insulin sensitivity like a non diabetic as long as I keep the weight off and eat a balanced diet?
