    I managed to capsize a boat in a filthy river and it kept working just fine! I think the only issue may be is if you are diving in deep water, but should be fine in a pool etc

    Lantus injection in the leg ?

    Lantus doesn't usually last for 24 hours, more like 18-22 but if you are injecting at night and playing sport in the morning it shouldn't cause a problem (never has done for me!)

    What does ketone testing do that blood sugar testing doesn't?

    I'm really confused as to why I need to do ketone testing. If my blood sugar is over 15 I will correct it - same if I am ill or it's consistently high for some reason. Why should I test for ketones as well? Doesn't injecting insulin cover me?
