Lantus injection in the leg ?

Hi i wanted an advice about if i inject lantus in the leg at night about 20:30 and if the next day i have sport activities like jogging or running , would the lantus be absorbed more quickly in my system like the bolus do ? If yes ,so i suppose the lantus won't stay for 24 hrs in my body .
Any one can give me an advice , Thanks.

Lantus doesn't usually last for 24 hours, more like 18-22 but if you are injecting at night and playing sport in the morning it shouldn't cause a problem (never has done for me!)

Can't say with any certainty but I doubt it @RONALDO1, I would often inject lantus in my leg (but mainly my bum before changing to a pump) and never had any issues in that respect.

I was told injecting in the leg and then using those muscles will make it absorb faster but not sure of the time frame from injection to muscle activity or if it would effect duration. I always use my love handles.
